隨著社會高齡化，失智症的盛行率也逐漸上升。失智症可能會引起失智症行為精神症狀，包括妄想、幻覺、錯認、攻擊行為、重複現象、不適當行為等，不但會造成病人生活品質下降，同時也會對照顧者產生很大的照護壓力。本個案報告為一位罹患血管性失智症之男性，出現嫉妒妄想、被偷妄想及攻擊行為等失智症行為精神症狀；以及因為中風，造成生活功能下降，因此入住護理之家。經過周全性老年評估，探討其生理、心理、社會、日常生活功能、營養等全方面的問題，確立後續治療方向。並透過跨團隊之老年醫學團隊共同照護，使病人有所進步改善。

The prevalence of dementia has increased as a consequence of a rapidly aging society. Dementia causes behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, which not only affect the patients' quality of life, but also increase caregiver burden. We reported a male patient suffering from vascular dementia with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia such as delusion of jealousy, delusion of theft, and aggressive behavior. Furthermore, he also had a decline in basic activities of daily living after a stroke episode. He was then admitted to a nursing home. After a comprehensive geriatric assessment, we evaluated all aspects of his health condition, including physiology, psychology, society, activities of daily living, nutrition and so on. The geriatric interdisciplinary team determined the treatment plan and cared the patient, which made the patient's symptoms improve gradually.
