台中文化創意產業園區推動「文創實驗工坊」營運模式之研究

文化創意產業在金融海嘯後，各國以當地文化特色創造出許多產值，被視為第四波經濟動力。本研究主要探討當創新設計思維導入到傳統文化無形資產時，如何經由創新操作手法為文化資產創造出教育與傳承的應用。本研究首先以文獻探討的方式針對文化創意產業、文化創意產業園區、文化實驗工坊和文創育成的特性定義進行歸納，並提出研究架構後，邀請專家學者進行焦點團體法，論述台中文化創意產業園區推動文創產業、文化資產及文化實驗工坊的可能性。爾後，採用KJ法歸納分析，梳理出文創實驗工坊營運模式對於創新的思維能量。研究結果指出，台中文化創意產業園區為文化創意、設計、文化資產交融的平台，提出「文創實驗工坊」的營運機制，該工坊可界定為文化資產的轉換器，建構出文資的創新研發生態系！當藝術、設計、教育有創新思維投入到傳統文化的無形資產時，文創實驗工坊可做為創意到產出過程的支持系統。文創實驗工坊擁有政策、文化等外部條件支持，內部則帶入技術、認知等育成概念，讓業者在轉型過程中擁有完善的資源整合及支持！最後更能協助業者將創新商品導入商業或教育市場成立品牌，並回饋整體營運模式，使其成為完整的循環體系。

After the financial crisis, each country has created much output with their local cultural characteristics. This phenomena in the Cultural and Creative Industries is seen as the forth wave of economic power. On one hand, the study aims to create the value of cultural assets by putting innovative ideas into them. On the other hand, we will focus on how we can create additional value for cultural assets and Cultural and Creative Industries, in addition to sustain cultural assets. First, the study will generalize the definitions of the Cultural and Creative Industries, Cultural and Creative Industry Park, Cultural Experiment Workshop, and Culture and Creativity Incubation through literature review. After the research framework being proposed, we would conduct focusing group interview to discuss about the possibility of promoting Cultural and Creative Industries, cultural assets, and Culture and Creativity Incubation in Taichung Cultural and Creative Industry Park. Afterwards, KJ method induction analysis would be adopted to finalize how the operating mode of Cultural Experiment Workshop would influence innovative thinking. Research shows that Taichung Cultural and Creative Industry Park provides a platform for cultural innovations, cultural designs, and cultural assets. It also proposes the operations of Cultural Experiment Workshop, which transforms itself into an innovative ecosystem. Cultural Experiment Workshop can be a supporting role for the whole process, especially when innovative thinking among arts, designs, and educations are added into intangible assets like traditional culture. With supports from both external and internal of Cultural Experiment Workshop, such as proper policies, culture, techniques and cognition, which enable enterprises to make perfect integrations when facing transformation. Finally yet importantly, Cultural Experiment Workshop not only helps enterprises to establish a brand in the market of business or education, but also gives feedbacks to the system, making it a continuous cycle.
