本文依檔案理論發展特性,探討電子檔案管理問題促動之檔案理論與模式變革,形成新典範理論特性,並分析其對檔案管理模式、鑑定、編排、描述、典藏、應用等不同面向理論產生之影響,歸納新舊理論內涵差異及關鍵要素,期作為國內檔案理論與實務發展參考,建立符合資訊時代之檔案管理模式與創新思維。

英文摘要

Based on the characteristics of the revolution of new archival paradigm, this article discusses the impact of electronic records on the archival theories in the respect of management model, appraisal, arrangement, description, custody and access. In addition, the differences between the traditional and new theories are also identified. Finally, some references are provided for further development of theories and practices in Taiwan, and hope to establish an integrated and effective model for records and archives management through innovative thinking in the information age.
