肌能系貼紮近年來已普遍運用於體育運動員與物理治療領域，研發者日本籍加瀨建造醫師及其團隊將近40年的成熟技術研究拓展全球，透過貼布力學影響肌群收縮、促進淺層組織局部循環等原理，不僅提升運動表現也適時提供有效的關節支撐與協調性。本研究主旨在於透過肌能系肌群貼紮原理以及貼布應用的技術，以犬為對象提供輔助支持與改善症狀。本研究採用實證研究法，具體內容則透過貼布促進犬的肌群協調臨床應用進行研究，透過力學原理、科學理論、實際操作、飼主回饋、觀察記錄與評估測定臨床貼紮過程對於犬隻提供必要處置以及提升功能性協助，提供包含促進犬肌群空間矯正、貼布貼紮促進肌群收縮及提供關節支撐、抑制肌群收縮做疼痛管理，並以正確貼紮方式改善犬的動態平衡，透過案例臨床實作與個案分析，皆驗證肌能系貼紮方式確實對犬整體軟組織動態表現及恢復正常運動狀態有莫大的幫助。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Kinesio taping has been widely used in sports athletes and physical therapy in recent years. The developer from Japan Dr. Kase construction physician and team have used nearly 40 years of mature technology to research and expand globally. The mechanics of the kinesiology tape affects muscle contraction and promotes circulation in superficial tissues. It not only improves sports performance, but also provides effective joint support and coordination. The main purpose of this research is to provide supplementary support and improve symptoms for dogs through the kinesio taping. This research adopts the empirical research method, and the content is to study the clinical study of kinesio taping to facilitate canine muscle coordination. Through scientific theories, mechanics principles, practical operations, owner feedback, observation, and evaluations to determine the clinical taping outcomes, it provides necessary treatment and functional assistance for dogs. The provision includes the promotion of dog muscle space correction, kinesiology taping to promote muscle contraction, joint support, and inhibition of muscle contraction for pain management. Through clinical practice and case analysis, it has been verified that kinesiology tape is indeed of great help to the overall dynamic performance of the dog's soft tissue and the restoration of normal exercise status in certain situations. |
