本研究導入案例式學習策略以取代原有的課堂講述、影片播放及課堂測驗的方式。為檢視此法導入管理學課程中是否能提昇學生的學習動機與學習參與度,本研究以四技部餐飲管理系修習管理學課程的學生為研究對象。本課程運用5次業界教師導入真實案例後再輔以學習互動反饋媒體融入教學,最後針對管理學課程27位學生以瞭解其對課程之學習動機與參與度。由研究結論中可知,整體學習動機構面中,僅內在目標導向及學習信念控制構面呈顯著差異;修課學生背景中,僅入學管道不同對於學習動機有所差異;整體學習參與構面中皆無顯著差異;業界實務案例內容過於深奧不易理解等四方面。經由研究結論所提出之建議包括:強化學習需求與實務案例相契合之課程內容;深化學習參與行為相關主題的探究;課程教材朝向故事性個案再搭配圖表等視覺化方式呈現。

英文摘要

In this study, the teaching strategy of case-based learning introduced to replace the original teaching methods of lecture, video and classroom tests. To examine whether this method can improve students' learning motivation and participation in management courses. In this study, students taking management courses in the Department of Food and Beverage Management of the Fourth Ministry of Technology taken as the research objects. In this course, the case questions were introduced by industry teachers for 5 times and the feedback interactive system Zuvio was used. Finally, this study aimed at 27 students in a management course to understand their motivation and participation in the course. It can be seen from the research conclusion that the overall learning motivation plane, the internal goal orientation and learning belief control are significantly different. Only the different entrance channels have different learning motivation. In terms of overall learning participation dimensions, there was no significant difference in all dimensions, and there was no difference in learning participation among students with different backgrounds. Based on the results of the study, the suggestions include providing positive learning enhancers to motivate learning; The course materials focus on visual presentation such as story recollection and diagrams, review of the course content, and provide exercises to reinforce learning.
