本篇論文為「勞作教育與服務學習」的學習成效分析研究。本研究對象是海洋科技大學112-1「勞作教育與服務學習」選課的38位學生,學生來自不同科系,課堂時間是早上第一、二堂課,勞作時間與地點不易安排,於是不在課堂勞作,而是老師設計採勞作提案;與課堂閱讀經典,同時練習上台溝通表達。研究動機一則是以近藤麻理惠《學會整理,就會喜歡自己》概念,加上九宮格記錄,應用在整理勞作場域的實踐過程與反思內容;二則是有篇教師領導風格的服務學習論文,給予本人信心與靈感,即每位教師可就專業設計別開生面的勞作教育;有側重社區營造與環境經營;有用專業課程應用在推廣科普的服務學習等,而本人是中文系畢業,於是選擇紀伯崙《先知》經典閱讀,以深入淺出方式領讀,學習形而上服務深奧義理,提升勞作與服務學習的內在涵養。筆者問題意識,從1、九宮格提案單是否有助於勞作整理;2、紀伯崙《先知》經典閱讀是否對深層心靈「勞動」與「服務」精神能量有所提升;筆者以問卷調查法,分析質性問卷回饋內容,反思建議與結論,期能對未來課程规劃更有效能的教學實踐。

英文摘要

This thesis analyzes learning effectiveness in the "Labor Education and ServiceLearning" course, using the General Education course at Taipei University of Marine Technology as an example. The participants in this study are around 30 students who enrolled in the 112-1 session of "Labor Education and Service Learning" at Taipei University of Marine Technology. These students come from various departments, and the class is held during the first and second periods in the morning. Due to the difficulty in arranging labor assignments in terms of time and location, labor is not conducted during class but in the form of the teacher's proposals. Drawing inspiration from Marie Kondo's "Marie Kondo's Kurashi at Home: How to Organize Your Space and Achieve Your Ideal Life," the course uses a nine-grid method to organize and plan labor tasks comprehensively. Besides exploring how to like yourself, the practical process and reflective content of the course are also emphasized. Moreover, classic literature is integrated into the curriculum, with Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet" serving as a classic text. This profound text enhances the students' internal understanding of labor and service while improving their public speaking and expression skills. In the literature review, it included a paper about a teacher-led style of service-learning, which gave the researcher a lot of confidence and inspiration, that is, each teacher on the professional design of unique labor education; there is a focus on community building and environmental management; there is a professional curriculum applied to the promotion of science popularization of service-learning, etc. As a graduate of Chinese literature, integrating classic readings helps students understand the profound philosophical aspects of service. Hence, the researcher's inquiry focuses on two main questions: first, whether the grid proposal contributes to labor organization, and second, whether reading Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet" elevates the spiritual energy of "labor" and "service" on a deeper level. The researcher uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze qualitative feedback, reflect on suggestions, and draw conclusions, aiming to improve future course planning for more effective teaching practices.
