以台灣目前船員就業市場而言,一直都是「男多女少」的情形,相對於歐美國家,女性在船員就業市場的普遍率相對較低,長期以來多半與這個行業都是以男性為主的關係,惟隨著年代的改變跟性別平等的推動,現代女性在性別意識逐漸抬頭,越來越多女性進入以男性為主的職場工作,其經濟實力相對提升,使得女性角色在快速變遷的社會中備受矚目。國際海事組織(IMO)為支持聯合國第五個永續發展目標「實現性別平等、賦予所有女性權利」,計劃透過舉辦各式各樣針對女性的活動,鼓勵女性並協助在海事主管機關、航運公司、港務工作和海事培訓機構中獲得職業發展機會。 |
英文摘要 |
As far as Taiwan's current seafarer job market is concerned, it has always been a situation of "more men than women". Compared with European and American countries, the prevalence of women in the seafarer job market is relatively low. For a long time, this industry has been dominated by men. However, with the changes of the times and the promotion of gender equality, the gender awareness of modern women has gradually increased. More and more women have entered the male-dominated workplace, and their economic strength has relatively improved, making women's roles in the rapidly changing world. Highly visible in society. |
