公牘紙本,是中國珍、善本古籍的特殊類型,其所含公牘,更是意外留存的珍貴檔案。從公牘紙本的盛行與衰退原因,可看出古代人們對於知識的渴望與中國科技技術的發展,其中脈絡,更凸顯中國人的智慧與文化。本文針對古代利用廢棄紙張成書之現象及其發展背景、成因與影響進行概略性的介紹。文中先就紙質檔案留存不易的現狀進行探討,並定義何謂公牘紙本;其次,整理公牘紙本的產生者、產生原因、時代等部分,以了解公牘紙本產生的意義與背景;最後,介紹目前公牘紙本保存現況,並提出公牘紙本對後世的影響。 |
英文摘要 |
Printed and written official document paper is not only a special type of ancient rare books, but also a kind of precious records kept coincidently. The official document paper has waxed and waned demonstrated the reason why ancient Chinese's desire for knowledge and development of science and technology, in which contexts especially presented Chinese wisdom and culture. This article is to introduce the phenomenon, development, background, causes and effects of how ancient Chinese used scrap paper of books generally. First, we discuss the difficulty of paper-based records preservation and definition of official document paper. Second, we arranged the creators, reasons of creating, and ages in order to understand the meanings and background behind the paper. Finally, we introduce that the current status of official document paper preservation, in addition to influence of official document paper for posterior generations. |
