CO2 artificial pneumothorax has been widely used in radical esophageal cancer. It is easy to operate and can greatly improve oxygen and in patients, but the continuous intrathoracic positive pressure will also bring new problems, inhibit hemodynamics, increase respiratory resistance, and hypercapnia will bring a series of pathophysiological changes to the body and tissues and organs. This paper reviews the effects of artificial pneumothorax on the body in recent years. |
