In order to solve the problem of small quantity and long isolation time of hUC‐MSC in the isolation process, Wharton jelly around the blood vessels was selected for cell isolation by combining the digestion method and explant method, and the results show that the method can obtain cells in 7 days, and the cells are relatively homogeneous spindle adherent cells, growing in parallel or vortex‐like shape, with the osteogenic and adipogenic ability, and express stem cell markers CD29 and CD90 at the same time, indicating that the method can obtain a large number of cells in a short period, providing sufficient seed cells clinically.
