This paper makes a preliminary analysis on whether college students in Anhui province have improved their awareness of environmental protection by means of Logistic Regression. Then, the decision tree model and random forest model are established to rank the importance level of each influencing factor, so as to verify and supplement the results of Logistic regression mentioned above. It is concluded that the understanding degree of the new ＂Plastic Ban＂ has a reverse effect on the improvement of Anhui university students' environmental awareness, while the evaluation of the attitude and implementation of the new ＂Plastic Ban＂ has a positive effect on the improvement of Anhui university students' environmental awareness.
