With the progress of society, the living standard of the people has been improved and to improve the way people travel, DiDi has been produced. In recent years, although DiDi has developed rapidly, there are still problems such as low income and hindered development. This paper uses the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method. 12 factors affecting DiDi operation system are put forward after experts guide and consult a lot of data. Then we establish the adjacency matrix and reachability matrix. And through the standard method of establishing hierarchical structure model, the interpretive structure model of influencing factors of DiDi running system is obtained. According to the model, this paper analyzes the influence of various levels of factors on DiDi running system and finds out the fundamental and direct factors that affect the DiDi running system, and put forward relevant suggestions to promote the future development of DiDi running system.
