Give full play to the main role of the people in cultural construction, mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of cultural workers, and more consciously and actively promote the great development and prosperity of culture. As a new form of wealth creation in today's human society, the huge multiplier effect produced by the cultural industry is increasingly attracting the attention of the international community. In the middle and early stages, due to the excessive emphasis on economic construction, everything made way for economic development, and it was difficult for the mainstream ideology of the country to form a national consensus. Only when a good atmosphere is formed in the whole society can our cultural construction and cultural development have a reliable foundation and guarantee, and can we better promote the healthy development of contemporary Chinese culture. The traditional culture and national concept accumulated in history have been weakened, people's lifestyle has been coerced by materialism and consumerism, the guidance of family, school and media has been anomied, and the basis of education has been lost. We must promote the great development and prosperity of the cultural industry with a new "cultural consciousness" and enhance cultural soft power. Give full play to the strong role of cultural soft power in promoting economy and society, and promote the great leap forward development of economy and society. To develop the cultural industry with the consciousness of "cultural consciousness" is not only a higher‐level view of the development of the cultural industry, but also an inevitable choice for the future development of the cultural industry.
