With the growing consumption for fossil energies such as oil and gas and so on, it is necessary to explore the new methods and new techniques for enhanced oil recovery. On the basis of choosing surfactant ZF2201 as the foaming agent, five polymer‐type foam stabilizer are selected. The parameters of foaming volume (rate), drainage half‐life, foaming volume retention rate, foam stabilization rate and so on are tested respectively. Finally, the optimum foam stabilizer RF‐221 is selected after careful comparison. This could be good foundation for the field test and large scale application of air‐foam flooding technique in the oilfield. |
