The carbonation technology not only improve the quality of aggregates and enhance the performance of recycled concrete, but also sequester and consume carbon dioxide. This paper firstly reviews the research progress and mechanism of carbonation recycled coarse aggregate, and then analyses the effect of this method on the mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate concrete and the microstructure changes of recycled concrete after carbonation. |
