From the perspective of the inheritance and confidence of ethnic music culture, the integration and development of ethnic music and college music education is very important. The state should attach great importance to the training of talents in music education in colleges and universities. Based on the perspective of the inheritance of national music culture, this paper analyzes the main points and strategic measures of music education reform in colleges and universities from many aspects. There is a relationship of integration and mutual promotion between the national music culture and the reform of music education in colleges and universities. Educational reform must introduce ethnic music culture into college music teaching in order to promote the integration and inheritance of ethnic music culture and college music education.
