Boiler/heating furnace is an indispensable and important production equipment in the process of oilfield development and production, but the flue gas produced by it is also one of the main exhaust gases in the oilfield production process. In order to make the nitrogen oxide emission of the heating furnace meet the new national and local standards, that is, NOx≤80mg/m3, the No. 9 Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield aims at the problem that the nitrogen oxide emission of some heating furnaces does not meet the standard, carried out the burner nitrogen reduction technology transformation, the effect is remarkable after the transformation, the average nitrogen oxide emission concentration dropped by 54%, the technology has a good promotion and application prospect. |
