With the rapid economic development, increasingly fierce competition, complex market environment and more difficult survival of enterprises. As a strategic resource for the sustainable development of enterprises, innovation has been paid more and more attention. How to improve the innovation performance of enterprises has become one of the main problems to be considered by enterprises. Technology orientation and knowledge sharing have become the only way for enterprises to improve their innovation performance. Technological innovation can bring significant production changes to enterprises and produce huge economic benefits. It can also bring inexhaustible resource dependence to enterprises and save relevant costs of enterprises. It can also bring unique competitive advantages to enterprises and obtain the power of sustainable development. Under the guidance of technology, the role of knowledge sharing is not only to provide certain technical knowledge and improve the corresponding technological innovation ability. At the same time, it can not only provide opportunities for enterprises to innovate, but also provide appropriate information for enterprises to achieve better performance. In view of the shortcomings of existing research theories, this paper puts forward analysis and research ideas, and constructs a theoretical model to illustrate the intermediary role of knowledge sharing under technology guidance, which affects enterprise innovation performance through technological innovation ability and technological innovation opportunities.
