The application of water activity in China is in an exploratory period. At present, most of it is only used in food safety testing. For the pharmaceutical industry, the pharmaceutical industry is in its infancy. The pharmaceutical industry in our country usually just using the microbial limit moisture content to test drugs, but not very good expression correlation, so the introduction of the concept of water activity, and the determination of water activity time saving, simple equipment, and can better express the correlation, for the pharmaceutical industry research and development, quality testing and the selection of the additives can provide the reference. |
