The Extruded Cement Panel (ECP) prepared by utilizing phosphogypsum resources is suitable for the exterior wall panels and interior partition wall panels of prefabricated buildings in my country. In this paper, finite element simulation analysis technology is used. The influence of the opening of the wall panel on the working performance of the wall in the project is studied. Firstly, the hydration mechanism of phosphogypsum was analyzed to improve the experimental scheme, and the uniaxial compression constitutive relation suitable for ECP materials was fitted. Then, combined with the Sidoroff energy equivalent principle, the vacuum extruded phosphogypsum wallboard material was deduced and calculated. The damage constitutive model of vacuum extruded phosphogypsum wallboard was established based on the damage factor of uniaxial compression. Finally, the influence of the seismic performance of ECP wallboard with holes under horizontal reciprocating load was analyzed in ABAQUS, which can provide future engineering applications. some theoretical references. |
