Aiming at the problems of large‐size gantry 3D printing platform in the actual processing of enterprises, a virtual simulation study of large‐size gantry 3D printer based on Irai is proposed. Firstly, the three‐dimensional model of the large‐scale gantry 3D printer is constructed as a virtual controlled object. Then, with Irai software as the carrier, the model is imported into the virtual control platform built by Irai software to communicate with the external electrical circuit network. Finally, the control of virtual three‐dimensional model by real and virtual MCU is realized, and the simulation of 3D printer is completed. The process simulation system provides the basis for the application of digital twin technology in the field of 3D printing and the development and innovation of enterprise production line. |
