Blast furnace injection is to directly inject the ground anthracite pulverized coal or bituminous pulverized coal or a mixture of the two into the furnace from the blast furnace tuyere. During the production process of pulverized coal, due to the excessive temperature control, the system If the oxygen content exceeds the standard, and the residual coal powder or inflammable materials are not cleaned up during the electric welding operation in the system, the fire and explosion accident of the pulverizing system will be caused. Usually, the safe and stable operation of the pulverizing system is ensured by strengthening the control of the oxygen content of the system, the temperature of the system, the iron removal of the iron remover, and the anti-static of the equipment. Under the premise of the above conditions, we propose a blast furnace coal injection device that can control the oxygen content at the inlet of the medium-speed coal mill. Security risks.
