This paper conducts in-depth investigation and research on the express packaging recycling market. Through the data obtained from questionnaire design and field investigation, we can understand the operation situation and existing problems of the express packaging recycling market, and then analyze its optimization approaches to solve the pollution problem of express packaging, improve residents' satisfaction, and tap the market potential.
