本研究主要是想瞭解視覺障礙學生有聲讀物之使用現況,以中國大陸視覺障礙學生為對象,隨機抽取25所招收視覺障礙學生的學校,協助填答的學生共有622位,其中男生397位、女生225位。調查結果如下:一、視覺障礙學生所使用的有聲讀物現況1.視覺障礙學生常用的聽書設備,主要的是手機;最常使用的閱讀方式,有六成一為聽力閱讀;有近九成視覺障礙學生在飯後及睡眠之前收聽有聲讀物;收聽有聲讀物的時間,近七成在30分鐘到一個小時以上;聽有聲書的頻率,大部分為不固定或每天聽,看心情或時間;使用有聲書等音訊軟體的頻率,每天使用者近五成,三成視覺障礙學生一週3-5次。2.視覺障礙學生常用聽書管道是手機聽書app和有聲讀物網站;最常用的有聲書等音訊軟體或網站是喜馬拉雅FM和微信讀書;選擇該軟體或網站的原因依次為:內容全面,資源齊全;免費;無障礙設計完善;對軟體或網站的無障礙設計感到滿意。3.視覺障礙學生有六成三的視覺障礙學生認為軟體或網站所提供的有聲讀物音質很好;有六成七的視覺障礙學生,偶爾找不自己想要的有聲讀物資源;軟體或網站推薦的讀物,有九成符合視覺障礙學生的興趣。4.視覺障礙學生最喜歡的有聲書等音訊軟體依次為:有聲小說、名著文學、相聲評書及歷史精品課;希望能出現更多的內容依次為:經典名著、科學科普、暢銷書、人物傳記等。5.視覺障礙學生認為有聲書等音訊軟體需要改進的地方有:豐富音訊的種類和內容、減少廣告推廣、優化操作介面,提高使用者體驗;有八成六的視覺障礙學生,認為目前的有聲讀物資源能滿足其聽書需求。6.對有聲讀物的不滿依次為:要求付費、想聽的內容找不到、無障礙功能不完善。二、建議1.視覺障礙學生受限於視力,想要獲取資訊就只能憑觸覺和聽覺,假如政府能立法保障視覺障礙者可以免費下載有聲讀物,或者提供某種優惠,這將是種特別的社會福利,有助於國內視覺障礙教育的提升。2.盲文出版社除提供國內視覺障礙者盲文書籍外,如果有各部門專門負責視覺障礙者所需的有聲讀物的製作,免費或優惠給視覺障礙者,將是「辦好特殊教育」的實際行動展現。

This study was mainly to understand the visual impairment students audiobook use status, to the mainland region vision. Students with disabilities were randomly selected from 25 schools for students with visually impaired, and a total of 622 students were assisted in filling in, of whom 397 were boys and 225 were girls. The findings are as follows: Status of audiobooks used by students with visually impaired 1. The most commonly used reading equipment for students with visually impaired is mainly cell phones, 61% of the most commonly used reading methods are listening reading, nearly 90% of students with visually impaired listen to audiobooks after meals and before sleep, and nearly 70% of the time they listen to audiobooks In 30 minutes to more than an hour; the frequency of listening to audio books, most of which are irregular or daily listening, reading mood or time. 2. Students with visually impaired commonly listen to books channels were mobile phone listening apps and audiobook sites; the most common audio soft or website pieces such as audio books were Himalayan FM and WeChat reading; the reasons for choosing the software or website were: comprehensive content, full resources; Free; A complete barrier-free design and satisfaction with the barrier-free design of a software or website. 3. Sixty-three percent of students with visually impaired think that audiobooks provided by software or websites have good sound quality; 67 percent of students with visually impaired occasionally can't find the audiobook resources they want; and 90 percent of the books recommended by software or websites meet the interests of students with visually impaired. 4. The favorite audio software of students with visually impaired such as audio books was: audio novels, famous literature, crosstalk review books and history classes; 5. Students with visually impaired believe that audio software such as audio books needs to be improved: enrich the type and content of audio, reduce advertising promotion, optimize the interface, improve the user experience. 6. Dissatisfaction with audiobooks was: demand to pay, want to listen to the content can not be found, barrier-free function is not perfect. Second, students with visually impaired for audiobook advice 1. Students with visually impaired are limited by vision, want to obtain information can only rely on touch and hearing, tactile information depends on the production of Braille books, and the speed of touch reading is not trained to appear slow. In addition, is audiobooks, currently developed technology, almost all text can be converted into audiobooks, but the world does not eat lunch, users pay is a matter of course, which has become another burden for person with visual impairment, if the government can legislate to ensure that person with visual impairment can download audiobooks free of charge, or provide some kind of concessions, it will be a special social welfare, help the promotion of visual impairment education in the country. 2. In addition to providing Braille books for people with visual impairments in China, if there are departments dedicated to the production of audiobooks required by person with visual impairments, free or preferential to person with visual impairments, it will be a practical show of "special education". suggestion 1. Students with visually impaired are limited by vision and want access to information only by touch and hearing, and if the Government can legislate to ensure that person with visual impairments can download audiobooks free of charge or offer some kind of discount, this will be a special social benefit that will contribute to the promotion of visual impairment education in the country. 2. In addition to providing Braille books for people with visual impairments in China, if there are departments dedicated to the production of audiobooks required by person with visual impairments, free or preferential to person with visual impairments, it will be a practical show of "special education".
