目的:配合職業安全衛生法第6條第2項增列雇主對於預防重複性作業促發肌肉骨骼疾病,應妥為規劃及採取必要之措施,期透過規律運動培養核心肌群力量,增強勤務員自身免疫力。方法:以渥太華五大行動綱領為推動策略,結合相關組織與資源,辦理多項健康促進活動,並採用KIM-PP表及骨骼肌肉症狀調查表瞭解人因性肌肉骨骼危害,透過問卷調查員工運動頻率,並統計員工參與醫院辦理之健康促進活動情形。結果:降低勤務員作業風險值,以KIM-PP表評估分數由42分降低至27分,降幅達35.7%,並提昇勤務員工作滿意度,平均值由2.51分提升至4分,上升幅度達59.4%。結論:員工是醫院最重要的資產,本院致力於提供員工健康的工作環境,並積極推動各式健康促進活動,以營造充滿活力的健康職場。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: According to the law, employers should take necessary measures to prevent employee from getting work-related musculoskeletal disorders. We hope that attendants can strengthen core muscles and enhance their own immunity by regular exercise. Method: We make health promotion activities based on Five Ottawa Action Programs. We use KIM-PP to understand the work-related musculoskeletal disorders of employees and caculate employees' participation in health promotion activities by questionnaires. Result: Attendant's working risk value calculated by KIM-PP has been reduced from 42 to 27. Attendants' job satisfaction score increased from 2.51 to 4. Conclusion: Employees are the most important asset of the hospital. We are committed to providing employees with a healthy working environment by making health promotion activities. |
