雲模型能夠描述定性概念的隨機性和模糊性,實現定性定量之間不確定轉換,可以解決了多準則群決策中自然語言變數的問題。本文提到了決策樹的專家系統,針對不確定性語言多準則群決策中專家評價成本,專家權重界定,以及專家評估是否帶有主觀性等問題,提出一種基於決策樹與雲模型相結合的決策方法。該方法首先選取大量樣本進行訓練學習,掌握各專家的評價規則,其次輸入個候選人資訊的到相應的評價綜合雲,再利用生成浮動雲的方法對各屬性進行偏好集結,最後對各綜合評價雲打分得到方案集的次序。學生幹部選拔的應用分析表明了該決策方法具有簡潔性,有效性和可行性。

英文摘要

The cloud model can describe the ambiguity of qualitative concepts and realize the uncertain conversion between qualitative and quantitative. It further solves the problem of natural language variables in multi-criteria group decision making. This paper mentioned the expert system of decision tree. Aiming at the cost of expert evaluation in multi-criteria group decision-making with uncertain language, the definition of expert weight, and whether the expert evaluation is subjective, etc. A combination of decision tree and cloud model is proposed in this research. This method first selects a large number of samples for training and learning, masters the evaluation rules of each expert, and then inputs the candidate information to the corresponding evaluation comprehensive cloud. Then it uses the method of generating floating clouds to gather preferences for each attribute. Finally, the proposed method evaluates each comprehensive evaluation to reach the order of the cloud scoring scheme set. The application analysis of the selection of student cadres shows that the decision-making method is concise, effective and feasible.
