大學是一個學習的場域,除了正規課程的學習,亦提供了課外領域的學習,以滿足就業市場的真實需求。其中正規課程的部分,係由教師透過教案、實習、實驗等方式,傳授專業知識,而在課外領域的學習,則有賴各種方案的設計,引導學生參與、體驗與反思。本研究係以南部某大學大一學生在經過社團學生課程後,檢視其課外學習核心能力的具備程度,以及個人變項對於課外學習核心能力的培育是否會有所差異。研究結果顯示,在個人背景變項中,無論是性別、家庭經濟狀況、或是學院別,對於課外學習核心能力的具備程度均無差異;僅不同學院的學生對於國際視野能力有所差異。而不同程度的課外活動參與,對於課外學習核心能力的具備程度則會有所差異。 |
英文摘要 |
The university is a learning field. In addition to the formal curriculum, it also provides extracurricular learning to meet the real needs of the job market. The part of the formal curriculum is taught by teachers through teaching plans, internships, experiments, etc., while the study in the extracurricular field depends on the design of various programs to guide students to participate, experience and reflect. This study is based on the degree to which a freshman at a university in the south of the university has examined the core competence of extracurricular learning after the course of the community students, and whether the individual variables will be different for the cultivation of the core competence of extracurricular learning. The results of the study show that there is no difference in the degree of possession of core competence in extracurricular learning in terms of gender, family economic status, or colleges; only students from different colleges have different international perspectives. Different levels of extracurricular activities will have different levels of competence in extracurricular learning. |
