本研究旨在探討大學社團學生對課指組輔導老師領導風格與其工作表現之關係。研究對象為中南部公私立大學學生社團成員,採問卷調查法,針對各大學校內社團評鑑獲得優等(含)以上與以下的成員進行抽樣調查,共發出900份問卷,有效樣本為848份,結果顯示:1.不同社評績效成員對課指組輔導老師的領導風格有顯著差異;2.不同社評績效成員的工作表現有顯著差異;3.社團成員知覺不同的課指組輔導老師領導風格對工作表現有顯著差異;4.倡導型與關懷型兩種領導風格對任務表現與情境表現都有顯著的解釋力。最後,根據實證結果,提出若干建議與未來研究方向之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between the leadership styles of the counsel teachers in extracurricular activity section and job performance on club student of universities. The survey method was adopted for this study. Participants were 848 club students of universities in Middle and Southern Taiwan. The empirical results show that (1) there is a significant difference between the different members of club evaluation and the leadership styles of counselor for extracurricular activity. (2) there is significant difference between the different members of club evaluation and the job performance; (3) there is significant difference between the four different leadership styles of counselor for extracurricular activity and the job performance. (4) there is significant positive explanatory power between the different leadership styles, the task performance and situation performance. At last, based on the findings, this study provided several recommendations for the case of universities and future research as a reference. |
