本研究目的在探討大學生參與服務學習課程或活動其人格特質、社會支持與服務學習成效之關聯性。以問卷調查法搜集資料。研究對象為南部大學參與服務學習課程或活動學生,問卷共寄發四所大學校院,獲得有效樣本306份。研究發現:1.人格特質、社會支持與服務學習成效的整體與分層面感受皆達中上水準的程度;2.人格特質對社會支持具有顯著預測效果;3.社會支持分層面對服務學習成效具有顯著預測效果;4.人格特質分層面對服務學習成效具有顯著預測效果;5.社會支持在人格特質與服務學習成效間具有顯著中介效果。最後,根據研究結果提出若干建議供輔導單位與後續研究者參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation among personality traits, social support, and learning outcomes for university students participating in service-learning. The survey method was adopted for this study. Participants were 306 students in selected 4 universities in Southern Taiwan. Findings of this study are as follow: 1.there is a middle-high level for the variables of personality traits, social support, and learning outcomes. 2. there is a significantly predictive effect of personality traits on social support. 3. 4. there is a significantly predictive effect of social support on learning outcomes. 4. there is a significantly predictive effect of personality traits on learning outcomes. 5. social support plays the mediational role between personality traits and learning outcomes. At last, based on the findings, this study provided several suggestions for counseling units of universities' service-learning and future research as a reference.
