本研究旨在探討大學參與社團的畢業校友其人格特質與職能表現之關係。研究對象為南部2所公立與3所私立學校,共318位曾參與社團的畢業校友,施測方式係以Google應用程式建立網路問卷調查表單連結進行,回收之問卷資料經描述統計、重複量數檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析、典型相關分析與結構方程模式等統計方法分析。研究結果發現:1.社團畢業校友在人格特質與職能表現具有高同意度的感受;2.不同程度的人格特質對整體職場能力有顯著差異;3.人格特質與職場能力彼此之間有顯著相關。4.人格特質對職能表現具有顯著預測效果;5.人格特質與職場能力之關係結構模式之適配度良好。根據研究結果,本研究提出相關建議及後續研究方向,供大學校院、大學生與企業組織參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between personality traits and employability for of the alumni of technology universities. The research subjects were from alumni of 5 technology universities and in southern Taiwan. The Scale of the Google application was used to establish a network questionnaire survey. The subjects are students from 7 private universities of clubs in Tainan. The research method adopted questionnaire survey method. Total of 318 samples were validated out of 350. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Paired Sample t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, as well as SEM analysis to implement the data and verify assumptions. The results of this study showed as follows: 1. There was a significant variance on different dimension of personality traits and employability; 2. There was a significant difference for different personality traits with lower, middle and higher scores on whole employability scale. 3. There was positive correlation between personality traits and employability. 4. There was significant and positive effect of personality traits on employability. 5. The proposed SEM model for the personality traits and employability was good fit for the data. Finally, based on the findings, this study provided recommendations for universities, students and future research as a reference.
