本研究旨在探討致理科技大學106年至108年學生參與學海系列海外實習其實習成效。研究分析及實證結果有下列幾點發現:1.「學海築夢」計畫目前主要還是以商貿外語學院學生為主,選送學生至日本實習,其次是至墨西哥實習。而「新南向學海築夢」計畫選送學生在各系、院分布比較均勻。主要實習國家為泰國,其次是越南。2.學生出國實習,提升學習能力,大致上為「從不同的角度和層面看事物」及「國際視野」、「激發多元想法與視角」、「獲得問題解決經驗與能力」、「培養理性思考的能力」、「溝通表達的能力」及「外語能力」等方面有所提升。3.海外實習學生學習整體成效透過檢定,「海外實習可提升職場所需的就業優勢」未逹到顯著水準,表示在該項對提升學生成效是沒有幫助的,職場所需的就業優勢還是需要靠自我的努力才能逹到目標。

英文摘要

This paper intends to examine the effectiveness of the Overseas Internship Programs from 2017 to 2019 by Chihlee University of Technology. The following are the analytical and empirical findings: 1. Currently, the "Dream Building" Overseas Internship Program is still only available to students from the College of International Business and Foreign Languages, who mostly go to Japan for internships, then Mexico. The students selected for the "New Southbound Dream Building" Overseas Internship Program come evenly from all academic faculties. The main internship country is Thailand, followed by Vietnam. 2. Students' learning ability is enhanced through overseas internships in terms of "seeing from different angles and dimensions", "international perspective", "stimulating diverse ideas and viewpoints", "gaining problem-solving experiences and abilities", "developing rational thinking", "communication and expression skills", and "foreign language skills". 3. The Overseas Internship Program does not contribute to the development of employment advantages essential in workplace. That means it cannot effectively improve the required employment advantage, which can only be gained through students' hard work.
