本研究主要目的在探究服務學習團隊領導與團隊效能的關係,採問卷調查法進行研究,研究對象為南部大學社團學生參與服務學習活動營隊,共有24個,有效樣本數為315位。研究發現:1.服務學習營隊成員對團隊領導、團隊效能的知覺具有中等以上的正面看法;2.不同程度的轉型領導、互易領導與團隊領導對團隊效能的差異分析皆具有顯著的不同;3.不同團隊領導組合型態對團隊效能的表現具有顯著差異;4.團隊領導對團隊效能之各層面與整體層面皆具有顯著正向預測效果,其中轉型領導的預測效果高於互易領導的表現。最後,本研究根據研究結果提出若干建議,供大學校院社團之輔導單位與服務學習活動營隊參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship on team leadership and team effectiveness for service-learning camps of student clubs in Southern University & College students. The study method used in this study is a survey. Data was obtained through questionnaire survey, with 315 effective responses from 24 service team. The study revealed the following findings: 1.There was a significant difference for the level of team leadership and team effectiveness. 2. There was a significant difference between different team leadership and team effectiveness from the lower, middle and higher degree on learning-effectiveness scale. 3. There was a significant difference between the types of different team leadership and team effectiveness. 4. Team leadership on team effectiveness had significantly predictive effects in service-learning of student clubs. Finally, suggestions for colleges & Universities, undergraduate students, and future relational study on service-learning effectiveness were provided.
