巴洛克藝術風格盛行於歐洲的17～18世紀，意指一種形狀不圓有瑕疵的珍珠，主要強調流動感、戲劇性、誇張性等特點，至今仍被運用在家居、服装、珠寶等各領域，拼布最早起源於印度民間之手工，大多以服飾或頭巾等作品為主，布料上做出不同的配色設計，都讓人感受到驚艷的效果。本研究以拼布做為創作之材料將巴洛克風格應用於現代的生活用品中，將作品分為三大類：女性服飾紋飾風格之皺褶領、花卉和圖騰設計及男性服飾紋飾風格，結合17～18世紀服裝元素圖騰、印花刺繡、建築雕刻紋飾等，運用在日常生活用品當中，展現不同創意風貌。

The Baroque style of art prevailed in Europe from the 17th to 18th centuries. It refers to a type of pearl that was not round in shape and had flaws. It mainly emphasized characteristics such as fluidity, drama, and exaggeration, and is still used in various fields such as home furnishings, clothing, and jewelry. The patchwork originated from Indian handicrafts, mostly consisting of clothing or headscarves. Different color schemes were made on the fabric, and made people feel amazed. This study uses patchwork as the creative material to apply Baroque style to modern daily necessities. The works are divided into three categories: ruffled collars, floral and totem designs for women's clothing patterns, and men's clothing pattern styles, combined with totems of clothing elements from the 17th to 18th centuries, printed embroidery, and architectural carving patterns. They are applied in daily necessities and show different creative styles.
