在歐美許多國家,Aromatherapy芳香療法的應用是非常廣泛而普遍的,人們藉由它改善生活品質,提昇身心健康,如果能夠抱持著謹慎的態度去學習正確的使用方法,相信對於我們的身、心、靈各方面都會產生意想不到的效果。台灣有2,359 萬總人口數中,女性有1,188萬人,其中40-55歲更年期婦女的人口數達391萬人,占女性總人口數約32.9%(內政部統計處)。更年期為進入老年階段的轉換期時,此時女性卵巢功能逐漸退化,婦女容易出現身體、心理、社會和性方面症狀,更年期婦女的身心變化,在生理方面,可由停經前、後因動情激素漸減少,產生急性症狀包括:月經週期變化、血管運動機能不穩定之潮紅、失眠、情緒改變、盜汗。而慢性症狀包括:心臟血管疾病、生殖泌尿器官之萎縮、骨質疏鬆症等(李佩珊、蕭伃伶、林淑玲,2005;Bruce&Rymer,2009)。50%以上婦女有身體症狀,例如心悸、頭暈、疲憊及頭痛等;20%-50%有心理症狀,包括睡眠障礙、焦慮、憂鬱、壓力問題(Kakkar, Kaur, Chopra, Kaur, & Kaur,2007)。停經中比停經前的期婦女更容易出現睡眠障礙(Yim et al., 2015)。當偶爾失眠會短暫地影響生活品質,但長期失眠則影響白天功能及健康(Zaslavsky, LaCroix, Hale, Tindle, & Shochat, 2015)。本研究以芳香精油之檀香、甜橙、薰衣草、花梨木、佛手柑等精油配合黃金果油做20分鐘頭部滾珠精油按摩及晚上配戴造型可愛木片滴入精油嗅吸入睡,公開招募徵求受試者取樣,應用於15位已屆入更年期婦女身上,以設計吸入性芳香療法介入措施,評值其對婦女的更年期症狀、心率變異及睡眠品質之改善成效。以實驗與問卷方式,瞭解芳香精油運用在失眠後,改善婦女失眠狀況及睡眠品質為目的。以檀香、甜橙50滴、薰衣草50滴、花梨木50滴、佛手柑50滴精油調和於500ml之黃金果油中,進行分裝10ml 滾珠瓶精油按摩,並以調好的精油滴入木片作擴香嗅吸及配戴入睡,為期共八周,之後再做心率變異度分析。透過心率變異檢測之差異數值來評估婦女更年期睡眠品質改善差異與更年期諸多症狀問題。睡眠品質與婦女更年期狀態息息相關,因此藉由芳香療法按摩、精油滴入木片作擴香嗅吸改善更年期婦女的睡眠品質,進而促進更年期女性的身心健康,以使更年期婦女有更佳的調適及活得更有自信、更正向的面對及適應未來老年生活的品質。最後以Excel做分析、統計,讓本研究更具有信效度。

英文摘要

In many countries in Europe and the United States, the application of aromatherapy is very widespread and common. People use it to improve the quality of life and enhance physical and mental health. If you can learn the correct method of use with a cautious attitude, I believe that it is good for our body, Unexpected effects will be produced in all aspects of mind and spirit. Of the total population of 23.59 million in Taiwan, 11.88 million are women. Among them, the number of menopausal women in their 40s and 55s is 3.91 million, accounting for about 32.9% of the total female population (Statistics Department, Ministry of the Interior). Menopause is the transition period into the old age, when women's ovarian function gradually degenerates, women are prone to physical, psychological, social and sexual symptoms, and the physical and mental changes of menopausal women can be caused by estrogens before and after menopause. Reduced, resulting in acute symptoms including: menstrual cycle changes, flushing with unstable vascular motor function, insomnia, mood changes, and night sweats. The chronic symptoms include: cardiovascular disease, atrophy of genitourinary organs, osteoporosis, etc. (Li Peishan, Xiao Dengling, Lin Shuling, 2005; Bruce & Rymer, 2009). More than 50% of women have physical symptoms, such as palpitations, dizziness, fatigue, and headaches; 20%-50% have psychological symptoms, including sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress problems (Kakkar, Kaur, Chopra, Kaur, & Kaur, 2007 ). Women in menopause are more likely to have sleep disturbances than in premenopausal women (Yim et al., 2015). Occasionally insomnia will temporarily affect the quality of life, but long-term insomnia will affect daytime function and health (Zaslavsky, LaCroix, Hale, Tindle, & Shochat, 2015). In this study, aromatic essential oils such as sandalwood, sweet orange, lavender, rosewood, bergamot and other essential oils were combined with golden fruit oil for a 20-minute head rolling oil massage. At night, wearing cute wood chips dripped into essential oils to sleep in, open recruitment and solicitation The subjects were sampled and applied to 15 women who had entered menopause to design interventional measures of inhaled aromatherapy to evaluate the effects of improving menopausal symptoms, heart rate variability and sleep quality in women. With similar experiments and questionnaires, the purpose is to understand the use of aromatic essential oils after insomnia to improve women's insomnia and sleep quality. Mix 50 drops of sandalwood, sweet orange, 50 drops of lavender, 50 drops of rosewood, and 50 drops of bergamot in 500ml of golden fruit oil. Massage with 10ml roller bottle essential oils, and drop the adjusted essential oils into wood chips Diffuse the fragrance and wear it to sleep for a total of eight weeks, and then do the heart rate variability analysis. Evaluate the difference of improvement through the difference value of the heart rate variability test, as a way to improve women's sleep quality and many symptoms of menopause. Sleep quality is closely related to women's menopausal status. Therefore, aromatherapy massage and essential oils are dripped into wood chips to diffuse and smell to improve the sleep quality of menopausal women, thereby promoting the physical and mental health of menopausal women, so that menopausal women have better adjustment and life You have to be more confident, face up and adapt to the quality of life in the future. Finally, Excel is used for analysis and statistics, which makes this research more reliable and valid.
