Fresh Lilium "Macro Polo" from Alishan Lily Cooperative underwent testing to determine their total phenolic content, flavonoid content, DPPH radical scavenging activities, and Iron (II) chelating abilities. The plant was divided into four parts: leaves, petals, stems, and bulbs, which were then separately extracted using 95% ethanol and pure water. The findings revealed higher phenolic and flavonoid content, as well as more significant DPPH radical scavenging activities in the leaves and petals, while the Iron (II) chelating abilities were consistent among all four parts of the Lilium.

由阿里山百合合作社提供的新鮮馬克波羅百合經過測試,測定了其總酚含量、類黃酮含量、DPPH自由基清除活性和亞鐵離子螯合能力。百合的四個部分(葉子、花瓣、莖部、鱗莖)分別用95%乙醇和純水提取。結果顯示,葉子和花瓣中的總酚含量、類黃酮含量和DPPH自由基清除活性較高,而四個部分的亞鐵離子螯合能力相似。
