Since the pandemic of 2022, there has been an increased emphasis on healthy eating and natural, nutrient-dense ingredients. This study explored the addition of Chinese herbs to baked goods. Assess their impact on food quality and nutrition. By reviewing the history and traditional uses, the potential benefits were identified. The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine not only added a unique flavor to modern baked goods, but also improved its nutritional value. However, there are challenges such as taste, cost, consistency, and regulations. Future research should aim to optimize herbal formulations and application techniques to address taste and cost issues. In order to effectively promote these products, manufacturers should focus on consumer education and raise awareness of the use of Chinese herbal medicines in baked goods.

自2022年疫情趋缓以来,人们对健康饮食的追求不断增加,对天然且具有营养价值的成分的重视也日益提高。通过对现有中药材在烘焙食品中应用的案例进行深入分析,特别着眼于这些中药材对提升食品品质和营养价值的实际效果。同时,回顾了中药材的历史和传统应用,以了解其特点和潜在的健康益处。研究结果显示,中药材在现代烘焙食品中不仅提供了独特的风味,还具有增进食品营养价值的潜力。然而,也发现了一些挑战,包括味道和风味的平衡、成本问题、产品一致性和法规合规性等。因此,未来的研究可以聚焦于如何优化中药材的配方和应用技术,以克服其在风味和成本方面的问题。在市场推广方面,建议生产商注重消费者教育,提高对中药材应用的理解,从而提升其在烘焙食品中的接受度。
