本文以文化产业赋能乡村振兴为研究思维,进行结合千年历史文化传承的妈祖文化药签中之药材,选择药签使用频率第三高次数的山药(Dioscorea spp.,亦称为淮山),提出不同产地山药,检验分析其功效,目的以现代医学科学研究方式,验证流传千年的药签文化,确认山药抗炎功效,推动让青农努力被看见,让老农故事被听见的地方共好的理念,并支持山药发展可利益于农民富有、农村富庶和农业发达的政策执行。山药采自中国广西省梧州市与河南省焦作市之药材市集,依三种不同浓度(2.5%、5.0%、10%)分别作用于巨噬细胞株(mouse BALB/c macrophage RAW 264.7),进行抗炎活性重复检测,观察不同粒径(≦250微米与≦75微米)对于一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)抗炎抑制效果。结果显示,广西省梧州市山药,≦250微米与≦75微米粒径,表达具显着抗炎作用。河南省焦作市山药,则无抗炎效果。总结:在抑制NO生成量的表现,(一)广西省梧州市山药,不论是≦250微米或≦75微米粒径,均可显着表达抗炎效果。(二)河南省焦作市山药,则无抗炎效果。(三)研磨粒径的粗细,提供了研磨制程的成本效益参考,说明在产业应用,即使研磨粒径较粗,亦具节省材料与成本之效益,且均可达到相同抗炎效力。谨此结论,提供山药及其相关产业进一步研究,并嘉惠农民、农村与农业的三农政策发展及乡村振兴体现。 |

This study taked the cultural industry to empower rural revitalization as a research idea, and conducts Chinese medicinal materials in Mazu cultural medicine swabs combined with thousands of years of historical and cultural heritage. The material was selected by Dioscorea spp., which is the third most frequently used medicinal swab, and proposes Dioscorea spp. from different origins, tests and analyzes their efficacy. The purpose of this article is to use modern medical scientific research methods to verify the medicine swab culture that has been passed down for thousands of years, confirm the anti-inflammatory effect of yam. It's promote the efforts of young farmers to be seen and the stories of old farmers to be heard. This will generate benefits for local interests, and support the implementation of policies that can benefit farmers, rural areas, and agriculture. Dioscorea spp. was used as the material in this study, was collected from medicinal materials markets in Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province, and Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China. According to the three different concentrations(2.5%, 5.0%, 10%)respectively act on the macrophage cell line (mouse BALB/c macrophage RAW 264.7 ) ,The anti-inflammatory activity was tested in repeat to observe the anti-inflammatory inhibitory effect of different particle sizes(≦250 microns and ≦75 microns)on nitric oxide(NO).The results showed that the Dioscorea spp. powder solution with a particle size of ≦250 microns and ≦ 75 microns in Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province had significant anti-inflammatory effects. However, from Jiaozuo City, Henan Province has no anti-inflammatory effect. Summary: In the performance of inhibiting NO production,(1)Dioscorea spp. from Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province, whether the particle size is ≦250 microns or ≦75 microns, can significantly express anti-inflammatory effects.(2)Dioscorea spp. from Jiaozuo City, Henan Province has no anti-inflammatory effect. (3)The size of the grinding particle not only provides a cost-effective reference for the grinding process, but also shows that it has the potential benefit of saving materials and costs in industrial applications, and can achieve the same anti-inflammatory effect. With this research conclusion provides an opportunity for further research and development of Dioscorea spp. and its related industries. Hope to contribute to farmers' livelihood, rural development and agricultural progress, and the embodiment of rural revitalization. |
