本研究旨在探討國中生的「祖孫關係」（分為關聯、情感、功能及規範四面向）、「對高齡者態度」及其「與高齡者互動行為意向」之現況，以及國中生之祖孫關係對其對高齡者態度及與高齡者互動行為意向之影響，並分析對高齡者態度及與高齡者互動行為意向的預測因子。採取問卷調查法，研究工具為「祖孫關係量表」、「對老人態度量表」及「與老人互動意向量表」。以便利取樣，抽取新竹縣市30所國中之七、八、九年級學生，共714位。經統計分析研究結果如下：（1）國中生的祖孫關係中的情感、功能及規範連帶為其對高齡者態度的預測因子；（2）國中生的祖孫關係中關聯、以及情感、功能及規範連帶能預測其與高齡者互動行為意向；（3）國中生對高齡者態度及其與高齡者互動行為意向間互為關聯。文末，本研究亦提供若干討論與建議供後續研究與相關實務單位參考。

This study aimed to explore junior high school students' grandparent-grandchild relationships, attitudes toward old people, and interactive behavioral intention with old people. Additionally, this study analyzed the influence of grandparent-grandchild relationships on their attitudes toward old people and their intention to interact with them. Using the questionnaire-survey method, a total of 714 students studying in grades seven, eight, and nine at 30 junior high schools in Hsinchu County and City were examined. After statistical analysis, results indicated: (1) The aspects of emotion, function, and norm of the grandparent-grandchild relationship of junior high school students are the prediction factors of their attitudes to old people; (2) The attitudes of junior high school students toward old people correlate with students' interactive behavioral intention with old people; (3) The aspects of relationship, emotion, function, and norm among the grandparent-grandchild relationships can predict the interactive behavioral intention with old people. Discussions and suggestions are provided for further research.
