室內的體感溫度是由房間內的乾球溫度、平均輻射溫度、風速所決定的操作溫度。然而,現有一般的空調溫控器只允許設定乾球溫度。本文設計並製作一個可設定和感測操作溫度的溫控器用來解決此一問題。溫控器的功能包括可以設定操作溫度的人機介面,使用乾球溫度、黑球溫度和風速三種感測器蒐集即時的環境參數,能計算出對應的即時乾球溫度設定值的微處理器,以及將相應的設定值傳送到冷氣機的紅外線發射器。在一間裝有冷氣機的單人宿舍執行原型溫控器的功能測試實驗。結果除了證明原型溫控器可以將室內的操作溫度維持在設定值上之外,與一般溫控器相比,它同時能提高室內熱環境落在ASHRAE熱舒適區的比例。 |
英文摘要 |
The indoor thermal sensation temperature is the operative temperature determined by dry-bulb temperature, mean radiant temperature and air speed in the space. However, only the dry-bulb temperature is allowed to set up in the existing general thermostat of HVAC system. To solve the problem, we design and make an operative-temperature-based thermostat composed by a human-machine interface, three sensors of dry bulb temperature, black bulb temperature and air speed for collection of real-time environmental parameters, a microprocessor for determining the real-time dry-bulb temperature set-point with respect to the operative temperature set-point, and an infrared transmitter to send the dry-bulb temperature set-point to the air conditioner. Test experiments of the porotype thermostat were carried out in a single dormitory equipped with an individual air conditioner. The results depict that the prototype thermostat can maintain the indoor operative temperature around the set-point; in addition, when compared with a general thermostat, it increases the proportion of occupied period with thermal conditions within the ASHRAE thermal comfort zone. |
