因人工生產無法滿足產能逐步擴大、降低生產成本與維持生產品質等需求,本研究設計一外轉子BLDC馬達自動化生產示範與驗證平台,從組裝製程、品質檢驗等關鍵技術之自動化設計規劃分析為基礎進行展開,內容包含:(1)自動化生產動線規劃分析、(2)自動化生產及檢驗工序流程規劃分析、(3)自動化設備建置規劃分析、(4)自動化生產馬達循環時間分析。此外,該平台亦藉由導入自動化生產及檢驗設備等完善規劃,將外轉子馬達生產工序標準化,有效提升製程系統效率與降低產品品質不良率,於外轉子馬達生產規模提升的同時達到將生產線自動化、智慧化、即時化之目標。 |
英文摘要 |
Because manual production cannot fulfill the demand of gradually expanded capacity, reducing the production cost, and remaining high quality of manufacture, this project is aimed at establishing the outer rotor BLDC motor automated production line. The design, planning and analysis of automation platform will focus on the outer rotor BLDC motor assembly process and critical techniques of quality inspection. The contents include the planning and analysis of: 1. Layout of automatic production line; 2.Procedure of automatic production line and inspection process; 3. Establishment of automatic facilities; 4. Cycle time of automatic production line. Moreover, by introducing the automatic production equipment as well as automatic inspection facilities, not only the defect rate of product's quality could be reduced significantly, but also the efficiency of manufacturing system would be enhanced. In the meantime, the scale of outer rotor BLDC motor automated production line is able to be increased, and reach the goal of automated, intelligence and agility. |
