隨著外轉子直流無刷馬達試量產平台規模的持續擴增,及需處理龐大的經營管理資料,本研究導入企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning ,ERP)系統進行:(1)訂單管理;(2)庫存管理;(3)生產管理;(4)生產成本分析等自動化管理作業,以ERP系統建置單一資料庫,集中管理因部門的不同而各自散落的文檔,使所有的資訊皆能在線上即時得知,且可使組織內部的人員在一定的權限下,便可在電腦上得知各部門相關資料。藉由導入企業資源規劃(ERP)系統,達成資訊透明化與即時化,使管理部門可立即調整規劃方案的目標,並將所有的營運資訊納為決策資訊,以即時監控並支援各項關鍵決策,提升資源管理效率。 |
英文摘要 |
As the scale of the outer rotor BLDC motor trial production platform are continuously expanded, but also the enormous operations management data are required to be deal with, this research is aimed at implementing the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system to execute the automatic management task, which includes: 1. Order management; 2. Inventory management; 3. Production management; 4. Production cost analysis. Through the application of the ERP system, a single database could be established, which is able to control the documents scattered by different department. Moreover, all the information could be obtained online immediately. Under certain authority, employee within the organization is capable to acquire relevant information among different departments on the computer. By introducing the ERP system, the goal of information transparency and real-time could be achieved. What is more, the ERP system will not only enable the manage team to immediately adjust the goal of planning scheme, but also allow the entire operational information to be regarded as decision information, which is monitored instantly and enable the team to support each critical decision, in the meantime, enhance the efficiency of resource management. |
