吸附劑的能力會影響低濕環境下(小於30%相對濕度),壓縮空氣乾燥系統的節能效益。故高性能的水氣吸附劑需兼具可低溫脫附、於低濕環境有高水氣吸附率之特性。本研究開發綠色無毒製程之金屬有機骨架(Al-MOF)吸附劑,於80°C / 30 min之條件脫附後,可於25°C / 30% RH與25°C / 80% RH之條件吸附,分別達到約34 wt.%與36. wt%的水氣吸附率。所製備之Al-MOF經造粒後,其吸水率優於商用吸附劑(4A沸石及活性氧化鋁);顯示其同時具備低溫脫附以及高水氣吸附率(低濕環境)之特性,有助於將該吸附劑應用於工業吸附系統,達到工業節能的目標。綠色製程以無毒性的溶劑,取代傳統上製備MOFs所需的毒性溶劑,達到對環境友善及降低廢液處理成本之目標。 |
英文摘要 |
The aim of this study is to develop a green synthesis process for aluminum-based metal-organic frameworks (Al-MOF) fabrication. The porous sorbent possessed superior water uptake capacity under low humidity and low regeneration energy consumption, potentially promoting the energy efficiency of compressed air drying systems. Experimental results indicated that most adsorbed water was desorbed from Al-MOF under 80°C streams. 34 and 36 wt.% water uptake capacities were achieved under 30% and 80% relative humidity, respectively. The water uptake capacity of granulated Al-MOF was much higher than the commercial sorbents, 4A zeolite and active aluminum oxide, implying the potential for energy-efficient adsorption dehumidification equipment. The green synthesis process applied non-toxic solvent instead of traditional toxic solvent, e.g. dimethylformamide, DMF, during Al-MOF fabrication, that significantly reducing environmental impact and cost from toxic waste treatment. |
