本研究探討應用國產單段磁浮離心壓縮機所開發之雙壓並聯磁浮冰水機導入示範商轉的案例,雙壓並聯磁浮冰水機產品是市場上被廣泛應用的系統設計,具有比單壓系統更寬廣的運轉調控範圍與高部分負載性能之特點,透過單機與雙機的控制策略可使壓縮機運轉於高效率的操作點。本研究介紹雙壓並聯冰水機系統依冷媒循環的設計與水路配置的型式,針對最被廣泛採用的雙壓單系統,探討其設計與性能以及在示範場域運轉時所遭遇的問題,如何經由控制策略的優化予以修正,並特別說明壓縮機如何應用可變擴壓機構,在免設置熱氣旁通的條件下,進行單/雙壓縮機之啟動與容量調節的優勢與特點。 |
英文摘要 |
This study explores the application of the dual-compressor water chiller, which is widely used product design in Taiwanese market. With the characteristics of a wider operating range and high partial load performance of the compressor, system operated in one or two compressors strategies. The study focuses on domestic single-stage active magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor with the variable diffuser mechanism into a demonstration commercial site. This study introduces dual-compressor in one-refrigeration-cycle chiller system, including the design of the refrigerant circulation and the flow pass configuration, and characteristics of the start-up and capacity adjustment of the single/dual compressor without setting the hot gas bypass. It also discusses the problems encountered in the operation of the demonstration site. These problems were successfully be solved by the optimization of the control strategy, specifically uses the variable diffuser mechanism. |
