本研究以隧道式建築空調系統改善作為樣本,原使用80RT水冷往復式雙壓縮機定頻冰水主機,新設空調系統雖採用氣冷螺旋式雙壓縮機定頻冰水主機。惟機組控制由PLC與觸控面板、冰水溫度感測組成,經由PLC控制壓縮機滑塊閥調整,使氣冷式冰水主機機組進行部分負載。以eQUEST模擬改善前、後用電資料統計分析,改善後,逐次調整冰水主機出水及室內溫度,歷經3個月測試,直至隧道式建築內部溫溼度達到平衡,冰水主機出水溫度為10℃,回水溫度在12℃並將室內溫度調整為適合隧道式建築室內溫度22±0.5℃,濕度控制在60±1%,可避免隧道式建築內部結露情況發生,再經eQUEST模擬分析全年耗電約443,490kWh,比系統改善前537,250kWh減少93,760kWh節能17.25%,再以年度電費比較,更換空調設備並調整冰水出水、室內溫度後,年度電費為1,025,856元,與空調設備更換前年度電費1,245,413元比較,可節省電費為219,557元,約節省17.63%。

英文摘要

This study takes the improvement of the tunnel building air conditioning system as a sample. The original 80RT water-cooled reciprocating two-compressor fixed frequency chiller was used.The newly installed air-conditioning system uses an air-cooled screw type chiller dual-compressors. However, the unit control is composed of PLC, touch panel, and ice water temperature sensing. The compressor slide valve is controlled by PLC (programming logic control), so that the entire air-cooled chiller unit can be adjusted in stages. eQUEST is used to simulate the annual electricity consumption data before and after the improvement. After the improvement, the outlet water and indoor temperature of the chiller are adjusted successively. After 3 months of testing, the temperature and humidity inside the tunnel building reached equilibrium, and the outlet temperature of the chiller can be maintained at 10℃ , The return water temperature is 12 ℃ and the indoor temperature is adjusted to 22 ℃ which is suitable for the tunnel building indoor temperature.The humidity is controlled at 60%, which can avoid vapor condensation inside the tunnel building. The annual electricity consumption is about 443,490 kWh through eQUEST simulation analysis. In comparison to energy consumption of 537,250 kWh before the improvement, it saves energy by 93,760 kWh and 17.25%. For the annual electricity cost, after replacing the air conditioning equipment and adjusting the chiller outlet and indoor temperature, the annual electricity cost is NT﹩1,025,856. In comparison to the annual electricity cost of NT﹩1,245,413 before the replacement of air conditioning , the electricity bill can be saved at NT﹩219,557.
