本文介紹同步磁阻馬達之原理及其結構,以一款輸出功率300W,負載1Nm,轉速2800rpm之應用為例,透過模擬軟體進行分析,研究轉子不同部件尺寸設計對同步磁阻馬達性能之影響,經優化設計後之同步磁阻馬達其效率超越84%,轉矩漣波僅23%,將同步磁阻馬達與相同材料成本之永磁同步馬達進行比較,操作於大負載時,同步磁阻馬達效率可媲美永磁同步馬達。

英文摘要

This article introduces the principle and structure of synchronous reluctance motor. Using electromagnetic simulation software to analysis the motor with 300W output power, 1 Nm loading, 2800rpm as an example. Researching on the influence of rotor component size on the performance of synchronous reluctance motor. After optimized, the synchronous reluctance motor efficiency is more than 84%, torque ripple is only 23%. Compare with the permeant magnet synchronous motor with same material cost, the reluctance motor efficiency is similar to the permeant magnet motor when working at heavy loading.
