智慧閥之所以利用智慧兩字來命名,是因為智慧閥擁有紀錄數據的功能,安裝於冰水機組中可以獲取冰水流量、出水溫度和回水溫度等數據,藉由這些數據,智慧閥可以透過室內溫度來調整冰水流量,亦能透過出回水溫差來調整冰水流量,讓整個系統在水流量和水溫差之間取得了一個平衡,降低泵浦作功,達到節能。本文提出了限制最大流量、提高冰水溫度差和預測熱負荷等三種智慧閥節能控制方式,並以國立陽明交通大學的浩然圖書資訊中心為研究案場,以Simulink模擬前端控制邏輯,COMSOL作為物理模型之模擬運算軟體,驗證所提出之智慧閥節能方法運用於浩然圖資中心的節能效益。 |

The reason why the smart valve is named with the word "smart" is that the smart valve has the function of recording data. It can be installed in the ice water unit to obtain data such as ice water flow, outlet water temperature and return water temperature. With these data, the smart valve can The flow of ice water can be adjusted through the indoor temperature, and the flow of ice water can also be adjusted through the temperature difference between the outlet and return water, so that the whole system can achieve a balance between the water flow and the water temperature difference, reduce the pump work, and achieve energy saving. This paper proposes three smart valve energy-saving control methods, such as limiting the maximum flow rate, increasing the Delta T of ice water and predicting the heat load. The Haoran library of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University is used as the research case, Simulink is used to simulate the front-end control logic, and COMSOL is used as the physical The simulation computing software of the model verifies the energy-saving benefits of the proposed smart valve energy-saving method applied to the Haoran library. |
