本文就沙崙綠能科技示範場域的流體機械關鍵元件試量產平台，以螺桿式壓縮機的滑塊試量產為例，說明平台的規劃、加工流程與相關設備的配置，探討試量產實際案例於過程中所遭遇的問題與解決的方式，提供相關產業可參考的經驗與措施，以期能帶來借鑒與幫助。

In this article, the trial production for slide valves of screw compressors is taken as an example on the fluid machinery key component pilot production platform in the Shalun Green Energy Technology Demonstration Site. The platform planning, the processing flow, and the arrangement of related equipment are described. The problems encountered in the processes and their solutions are discussed from the real situations of the trial production. The experience and the measures are provided to relevant industries to give reference and assistance.
