國內便利商店每年耗電超過22億度,其中冷凍空調系統占整體耗電50%以上,然業者卻長期苦無有效之節能技術產品與整合解決方案。本文主要針對開發之冷凍冷藏變頻控制與冷凍空調協調控制技術,透過將二項技術整合至便利商店,並進行實際場域測試。由結果顯示開放式冷藏展示櫃變頻系統優於定頻系統10%,若再增加冷凍空調協調控制系統則可使開放式冷藏展示櫃系統節電效率再提升至20%。 |
英文摘要 |
The total power consumption of convenience stores in Taiwan is over 22 billion kilowatt-hour per year, where the share of air-conditioning (AC) and refrigeration systems accounts for more than 50%. So far, the owners have no suitable energy-saving integrated solution for a long time. This paper attempts to propose the self-developed inverter systematic controller for open refrigerated display cases (ORDC) and coordinate controller for AC and ORDC. In order to understand the combing energy-saving efficacy of the two controllers, we implement them into a typical convenience store altogether. Through two months field test, the results show that the energy saving of our developed inverter condensing unit (CDU) is averagely better than the fixed speed CDU by 10% during testing period. In addition, the energy efficiency of ORDC can be further elevated to 20% and more comparing to the fixed speed CDU while the coordinate controller was adopted as well. |
