本文針對磁浮離心式冰水機所需之遠端監測系統,由資料交換的方法論述,包含其資料傳輸的架構基礎原理,資料傳輸的通訊協定,開發出一套監控軟體,將運轉資料以網頁或行動裝置APP呈現,最後統整並分析資料之技術說明。舉出4個示範運轉的案場,著重在2022年4月份的運轉資訊,進行評估分析,從資料整理結果可以發現,4個案場都有達到一級能效的水準,全載運轉案場因為其必要性(醫院和機房),部分運轉不連續是因為2機交互運轉,最後證實工研院開發的磁浮離心式冰水機,確實達節能運轉的效果。 |
英文摘要 |
This paper is focus on the remote monitoring system required by magnetic centrifugal chiller. From the monitoring technology method, this paper include the basic principle of its data transmission structure, the communication protocol for data transmission. As a result we develops a monitoring software for magnetic centrifugal chiller. No matter the website or mobile device in APP, all of the data can be presented and finally integrate in the cloud. We discuss the four demonstration operations cases in April 2022, conducting evaluation and analysis, and collating the results from the data which can be found that all of the 4 cases have reached primary energy efficiency. At the same time, the magnetic centrifugal chiller developed by the Industrial Technology Research Institute has been verified to achieve the effect of energy-saving operation. |
