本文目的為研製無感測器技術為控制核心之永磁同步馬達驅動器,發展高效率節能之移動載具用空調系統冷凝風扇之驅動器。驅動器架構為橋式整流器結合三相全橋式換流器,無位置感測器技術利用滑模估測器(Sliding Mode Observer, SMO)進行馬達轉子位置量測;永磁同步馬達採用磁場導向控制,分別控制轉矩電流與磁通電流,進而控制馬達轉矩;三相全橋式換流器開關切換則使用空間向量脈波寬度調變(Space Vector PWM, SVPWM)。藉由動力測試性能驗證結果,馬達操作在額定轉速,不同扭矩對永磁同步馬達驅動器性能之影響,驅動器效率皆高於90%。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this article was sensorless methods to develop a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driver, This driver was applied to condensing fan for higher efficiency and saving air conditioner of mobile vehicle. The hardware architecture of driver combined the bridge rectifier and the three-phase full-bridge inverter. This driver presents a sliding mode observer (SMO) for estimating the rotor position of PMSM to achieve sensorless drive system. The permanent magnet synchronous motor was controlled by the field-oriented control method. The torque of the motor was controlled by controlling the torque current and the flux current respectively. The power switches of the three-phase full-bridge inverter were driven by space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM). The results demonstrated that effects of different torques on the PMSM driver, the driver efficiency achieved was more than 90% when the motor was operated at rated speed. |
